Description

DSOLNEX AI Chat by Designsolution Bangladesh is a free WordPress chatbot that can answer basic questions from published website content and WooCommerce products without requiring a paid AI API.

Free Edition includes:

• No API Basic — deterministic local website/product lookup without an external commercial AI API key.
• Website Knowledge — basic lookup from indexed published WordPress content.
• WooCommerce Search — basic product, category and budget search when WooCommerce is active.
• Ollama Local — connect an Ollama-compatible endpoint reachable from the WordPress server.
• 16 built-in local language modules — English, Bangla, Banglish, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Indonesian and Malay.
• Optional floating chatbot, shortcode, UI customization and security controls included in the Free build.

The Free Edition has no license-key activation form. All functionality included in this package is free and usable without payment.

Optional Pro edition — DSOLNEX Smart Engine

DSOLNEX AI Chat Pro is a separate paid plugin. Its No API PRO — DSOLNEX Smart Engine uses local rules, website knowledge and product data to prepare context-aware replies without requiring an external AI API key for this mode.

Smart Engine features include:

• Conversation context for follow-up website and product questions.
• WooCommerce intent detection, product recommendations and relevance ranking.
• Product filtering by offers, budget and category.
• Synonym matching and structured replies from available website/catalogue data.
• Local language packs and dictionary-based translation for supported content; coverage varies by language and vocabulary.

This is a local, rules-based engine, not a general-purpose large language model. Results depend on your published content, catalogue data and configuration. Optional external AI or translation services are separate settings and may have their own requirements or charges.

Pro requires a separate purchase, installation and active license. These premium implementations are not bundled with or unlocked inside this WordPress.org Free plugin. All functionality included in the Free package remains available without payment.

Ollama

Ollama is optional. The configured endpoint must be reachable from the server running WordPress. A URL such as http://localhost:11434 refers to the WordPress server itself, not the website visitor’s computer.

Privacy and External Connections

No API Basic performs its core lookup locally in WordPress/WooCommerce. When an administrator chooses Ollama, chat data needed for the request is sent only to the Ollama-compatible endpoint configured by that administrator. If an administrator configures the optional Webhook feature, the completed chat payload is sent to that administrator-specified webhook URL. These connections are opt-in configuration choices. DSOLNEX AI Chat Free does not require a DSOLNEX license server connection and does not send usage telemetry to Designsolution Bangladesh.
