Responsibility for displaying the notice\ncorrectly, and for the accuracy of anything you enter, remains with you.<\/li>\n<li>It does not decide whether the obligation applies to you. Services are not\ncovered, and food and the other cases in Article 3(3) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU\nare excluded.<\/li>\n<li>It does not yet handle the GARAN durability label. That is planned for a\nlater release.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Where the notice comes from<\/h4>\n\n<p>The notice is Annex I of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025\/1960, as\npublished in the Official Journal of the European Union and available on\nEUR-Lex in each official language.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Legal<\/h4>\n\n<p>Content published by the European Commission is reused under CC BY 4.0, in line\nwith Decision 2011\/833\/EU.<\/p>\n\n<p>ConformKit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or\nsponsored by the European Commission or any institution of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"does%20this%20apply%20to%20my%20shop%3F\"><h3>Does this apply to my shop?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The notice applies to traders selling goods \u2014 tangible movable items \u2014 to\nconsumers in the EU. Services are not covered, and food and the other cases in\nArticle 3(3) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU are excluded. If you are unsure, ask a\nlawyer, not a plugin.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"why%20is%20the%20notice%20an%20image%20and%20not%20text%3F\"><h3>Why is the notice an image and not text?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Because Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2025\/1960 has no editable element. The\nnotice is reproduced as published.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"which%20languages%20are%20supported%3F\"><h3>Which languages are supported?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>All 24 official EU languages, for the notice itself. The plugin interface ships\ntranslated into six and grows through translate.wordpress.org.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20the%20new%20block-based%20checkout%3F\"><h3>Does it work with the new block-based checkout?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The reminder is added after the checkout block as well as on the classic\ncheckout, and it is printed only once either way.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n<!--section=changelog-->\n<h4>0.4.0<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The settings screen script is enqueued instead of printed inline.<\/li>\n<li>Translations are left to translate.wordpress.org.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>0.3.0<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The checkout reminder can open the notice in a popup instead of sending the\ncustomer to another page.
