A Conexteo account is required (app.conexteo.com).<\/p>\n\n<p>Data sent to the API when sending messages: the recipient's phone number, first name and last name (for message personalization), the message content and the sender name. No other site or customer data is transmitted. No data is sent until the merchant has connected their Conexteo account and enabled a sending feature.<\/p>\n\n<p>Optionally, the merchant can configure Conexteo to notify the site of delivery receipts, RCS statuses and customer replies. Conexteo then sends HTTPS requests to a REST endpoint registered by the plugin (<code>\/wp-json\/conexteo\/v1\/webhook<\/code>). Every request must carry a valid HMAC-SHA256 signature made with the secret shown in the Conexteo dashboard; unsigned or expired requests are rejected. The endpoint only records statuses and replies \u2014 it cannot trigger any send. Once done, each automated send shows its status (delivered, read, failed, SMS fallback) in the order notes and in the Tracking tab, and customer replies appear on the related order. A customer who replies STOP is excluded from your future campaigns.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"my%20messages%20stay%20at%20%22sent%22%20in%20the%20tracking%20tab.%20why%3F\"><h3>My messages stay at \"Sent\" in the Tracking tab. Why?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The webhooks are not configured, or they are being rejected.
