Just follow these steps: 1. Copy the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory or in WordPress admin panel go to plugins menu and upload the plugin zip file. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Go to plugin settings at `WP Custom Cursors` menu on the left, add your favourite cursor, set the options and click save button. 4.
