The plugin includes editable settings for: * Company information * Hero section text and image * Services * Suggested questions * Chat text * Contact call-to-action * Appearance colors * OpenAI API key and model * Setup wizard and dashboard Use this shortcode on any page: [kwclc_lead_chat] ### External Services This plugin connects to the OpenAI API only after the site owner enters an OpenAI API key in the plugin settings. When a visitor sends a message through the assistant, the plugin sends the visitor’s current message, recent conversation history, and the assistant instructions configured by the site owner to OpenAI in order to generate a reply. The plugin does not send this data to OpenAI until the site owner has configured an API key and the visitor submits a message. Service provider: OpenAI, L.L.C. Add the shortcode [kwclc_lead_chat] to any page. ## FAQ ### Can I customize the text shown on the frontend? Yes. The hero text, services, suggested questions, chat text, and CTA section are editable from the plugin settings. ### Does this plugin include a paid checkout system? No. The Lite version is free. AI Sales Assistant Lite Pro is sold separately from the developer website at https://www.kuwaitcoder.com/. ### Does it require an OpenAI API key? Yes. The site owner must add their own OpenAI API key in the plugin settings.
