## Description

This plugin creates a portfolio with sections for research projects, other portfolio
items, and publications, and allows users to associate publications with projects.
It also allows users to tag projects with different skills.

## Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

 1. Upload the folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
